For a period of 3-4 years in the late 1960s The Doors were one of the biggest bands in the world. Jim Morrison, their lead singer and front man, was a former film student but really seemed like more of a poet than anything. Unfortunately, Jim died young and all too soon, and the world missed out on much more great music to be certain. However, even though they weren’t around for very long, The Doors put out a bunch of great material for fans old and new to enjoy. For this list, I wanted to put together what I felt were the 25 best songs by The Doors ever. This list isn’t in an particular order (who can honestly rank these amazing songs?) put serves as sort of a suggestion to explore the band in depth.
